Deck overview

This deck is an Esper battlecruiser strategy built around Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. Its primary objective is to curve out with early ramp and topdeck manipulation tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Brainstorm, and Aminatou, the Fateshifter to prepare the top of the library. On Turn 4 or 5, Yennett hits the board and swings to cheat massive odd-cost spells directly onto the battlefield without paying their mana costs. Key payloads include asymmetric stax pieces like Void Winnower, mass attrition engines like Toxrill, the Corrosive and In Garruk's Wake, and Eldrazi beaters like Artisan of Kozilek and Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre. While the deck possesses massive individual card velocity once running, it operates on standard creature combat timelines to close out the table and requires Yennett to survive a full turn cycle without haste.
