Deck overview

This is a Boros equipment voltron deck helmed by Cloud, Planet's Champion, a 4/4 commander that gains double strike and indestructible while equipped and reduces equip costs targeting itself by {2}. The deck's primary game plan is to deploy Cloud, suit him up with a mix of haste, protection, and power-boosting equipment, and then close out games via commander damage or the alternate win condition of Eivor, Battle-Ready, which deals damage to each opponent equal to the number of Equipment you control. The deck leverages a dense draw engine in Sram, Senior Edificer and Puresteel Paladin to churn through its 16 equipment pieces, and uses cost reducers like Bureau Headmaster and Danitha Capashen, Paragon to accelerate the equip process. Extra combat effects from Genji Glove and Great Train Heist allow the deck to chain attacks and finish opponents in a single turn. The deck relies on its combat step for victory, with no infinite combos.
