Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity mono-red storm deck commanded by Longshot, Rebel Bowman. The commander acts as both a cost reducer ({1} discount on all noncreature spells) and a lethal table-wide burn engine (2 damage to each opponent per noncreature cast). The deck accelerates on Turns 1 and 2 using top-tier fast mana artifacts and red rituals. On Turn 3, it initiates explosive storm sequences using impulse draw, wheels, and recursion engines such as Underworld Breach, Past in Flames, and Bonus Round. By looping Lion's Eye Diamond and Wheel of Fortune or chaining cheap impulse spells, the deck generates critical storm counts that incinerate all opponents simultaneously. The deck is shielded by efficient red interaction, including Deflecting Swat, Pyroblast, and Defense Grid.
