Vivi Ornitier leads a low-to-the-ground Izzet storm deck. The core plan is to chain instants and sorceries, converting each spell into mana, cards, and damage through Vivi Ornitier's +1/+1 and ping trigger, Birgi, God of Storytelling // Harnfel, Horn of Bounty, Storm-Kiln Artist, Runaway Steam-Kin, and the classic pinger trio. It wins on the stack with Grapeshot or Brain Freeze, through a Thousand-Year Storm copy chain into Crackle with Power, or by looping Underworld Breach to empty its own library into Thassa's Oracle. Vivi's {0} ability is a same-turn mana battery: once a few spells have made her bigger, she refunds the chain and can pay for the next spell immediately. The backup plan is honest Izzet control - counterspells, Cyclonic Rift, and Chaos Warp - until the mana engine goes critical.
