Deck overview

This Mardu list is a go-wide tokens deck built around Caesar, Legion's Emperor. Every attack lets Caesar sacrifice another creature and choose two modes: two hasty attacking Soldiers, a card (and 1 life), or damage to one opponent equal to your token count. The 99 is packed with attack-trigger token makers - Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon, Ainok Strike Leader, mobilize creatures, Endless Foot Assault - that Isshin, Two Heavens as One and Windcrag Siege copy, while Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, Warleader's Call, Agate Instigator, and General Kreat, the Boltbringer turn each ETB into table-wide burn. Aristocrats tools convert spare bodies into cards, treasures, and pings. Caesar is the command-zone draw engine and a scalable burn outlet, not a combo piece; the swarm still functions without him, but the sac-draw loop is what keeps the tank full. Primary wins are combat, Caesar's token-count burn, and ETB damage.
