A Cunning Investigation by Subaboo

Format: Commander

Commander: Alquist Proft, Master Sleuth

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Alquist Proft leads a Clue-token grind deck in Azorius colors. The primary plan is to convert cheap investigate triggers into incremental cards and life, using Alquist to crack Clues at instant speed. James, Wandering Dad is a hidden commander: its Follow Him adventure floods the board with Clues, and its creature face pays for artifact activations. The deck then closes with Mechanized Production's eight-artifact copy trigger, backed by blink recursion and token multiplication. Combat backups via Rise and Shine or Cyberdrive Awakener keep it functional if the combo is stopped. Interaction is strong for a midrange value deck, with counters, removal, and tax effects.
