Deck overview

This mono-blue deck leverages 24 copies of Persistent Petitioners to execute a dedicated mill strategy, helmed by The Reality Chip. The commander serves as a card-flow engine, attaching to a Petitioner via reconfigure to churn through lands and redundant two-mana creatures off the top of the library. Mill output scales through signature multipliers such as Bruvac the Grandiloquent, Court of Cunning, and The Water Crystal, with high-ceiling burst potential from Thrumming Stone or Maddening Cacophony. Because the deck operates with minimal acceleration, zero tutor density, and sparse stack interaction, it plays as a deliberate, cumulative engine that grinds opponents down over several turns. While highly thematic and resilient to spot removal on individual creatures due to vast redundancy, it remains vulnerable to sweepers and fast opposing combos.
