Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a combat-focused Gruul (with a blue splash) +1/+1 counters and enrage strategy helmed by Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk. The primary game plan is to deploy Bruce Banner early, transform him into The Incredible Hulk, then use enrage triggers-via fight spells, Pyrohemia, or combat damage-to grow Hulk with +1/+1 counters and chain extra combat phases. The deck leverages a dense suite of double-damage effects (Absorbing Man and Titania, Raphael, the Muscle, Xenagos, God of Revels) and trample enablers to turn Hulk and other Gamma creatures into overwhelming, multi-combat threats. Secondary win conditions include overwhelming board presence from other large creatures like World War Hulk and Unnatural Growth. The deck is a straightforward, resilient combat machine that aims to close games through sheer power and repeated combats.
