Format: Commander

Commander: Sephiroth, Fabled SOLDIER // Sephiroth, One-Winged Angel

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Sephiroth is an aristocrats commander: the front face lets you sacrifice creatures on enter/attack to draw while draining with death triggers, and the back face adds an emblem that doubles that drain and lets each attack draw multiple cards. The deck is built to cast the front early, force four death triggers in a turn to transform, then finish with the emblem plus sacrifice loops. The primary win is Gravecrawler sacrificed to Warren Soultrader while Sephiroth (or Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, or Ayara) drains; a secondary line uses Buried Alive to put Asmodeus and Skirge Familiar into the graveyard for a Necrotic Ooze infinite-mana engine into Exsanguinate. The rest is token generation, tutors, and spot removal to grind until the loop is online.
