Deck overview

This deck is an Esper topdeck control build that uses Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign to cheat massive odd-cost spells into play. By combining early mana acceleration with topdeck manipulation tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Scroll Rack, and Brainstorm, the deck arranges game-changing spells on top of the library. Once Yennett attacks on Turn 5, she casts devastating spells like Void Winnower, Breach the Multiverse, In Garruk's Wake, and Toxrill, the Corrosive for free. The deck supports this game plan with efficient single-target removal, asymmetric board wipes, and backup cheating engines such as Marvo, Deep Operative. Opponents face strong creature suppression and spell restriction while the deck closes out the game through combat damage and life-manipulating spells across two turn cycles.
