Deck overview

This deck is a non-green (WUBR) battlecruiser control deck commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan revolves around deploying low-cost token generators such as Bitterblossom, Skrelv's Hive, and Staff of the Storyteller in the early turns, backed by a dense suite of 2-CMC mana rocks. On Turn 4, the deck casts Jace and immediately activates his -3 loyalty ability to polymorph a small token into one of the deck's massive, high-impact creatures—such as Archon of Cruelty, Valgavoth, Terror Eater, Galactus, Devourer of Worlds, or Serra's Emissary. Supported by sweeping board wipes, pinpoint white exile removal, and secondary cheat cards like Proteus Staff and Mass Polymorph, the deck rapidly establishes overwhelming battlefield dominance, closing out the game across subsequent combat turns.
