Deck overview

This deck is a classic mono-blue combo-control build commanded by Arcanis the Omnipotent. The primary game plan seeks to assemble the infinite untap and mana loop of Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. Supported by artifact tutors such as Tribute Mage and spell tutors like Solve the Equation and Muddle the Mixture, the deck consistently accesses its combo by Turn 5. Once the loop is active, Arcanis the Omnipotent draws the entire library, allowing instant victories through Laboratory Maniac, life drain via Psychosis Crawler, or milling out opponents with repeated Blue Sun's Zenith casts. A robust interaction suite of over 15 counterspells and spot answers defends the setup, while High Tide, Alandra, Sky Dreamer, and Enter the Infinite provide powerful secondary routes to victory if the primary artifact combo is disrupted.
