Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a lean Izzet spellslinger/storm deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, a commander who grows +1/+1 with every noncreature spell and converts her power directly into mana. The plan is to chain a critical mass of cheap instants and sorceries - cantrips, rituals, and card selection - to grow Vivi, then activate her {0} ability for a burst of mana that fuels a single explosive storm turn. The primary win is a stormed-out Grapeshot backed by Guttersnipe and Vivi's own pings, with Niv-Mizzet, Parun + Curiosity as a clean two-card infinite-damage combo. Past in Flames and Mizzix's Mastery provide recursion to recast the whole graveyard for a second wave. The deck is fast and low to the ground (2.21 average MV), heavily interactive with a nine-counterspell core, but it leans on Vivi as its mana engine and is genuinely vulnerable to graveyard hate.
