Format: Commander

Commander: Kamiz, Obscura Oculus

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Kamiz, Obscura Oculus builds an Esper evasive-attack deck that wins through small unblockable damage and then a very wide, pumped swing. Each attack, Kamiz makes one attacker unblockable and connive, then grants double strike to a lower-power attacker; this package is supported by Duelist's Heritage and Strionic Resonator. Inkfathom Witch is the closest thing to a hidden commander in the 99: it converts several 1/1 evaders into 4/1 attackers, giving the deck a real lethal turn. Secondary paths use Thada Adel, Thief of Sanity, and Fallen Shinobi to steal cards, while looting, discard, and recursion keep the board available to stay in the game.
