New Untitled Deck by Ishkin

Format: Commander

Commander: Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Shirei, Shizo's Caretaker is the heart of a mono-black aristocrats engine that turns tiny utility creatures into repeatable death triggers. The primary plan is to establish a cheap sacrifice outlet, fill the board with power-1 creatures such as Blood Artist, Serrated Scorpion, and Myr Retriever, then cast Shirei and sacrifice them each turn. Because Shirei returns every small creature that died at the next end step, the deck drains the table, draws cards, produces mana, and recurs artifacts on a rolling loop. A secondary, faster finish is the two-card life-drain loop of Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose plus Exquisite Blood, assembled with Vampiric Tutor, Demonic Tutor, Grim Tutor, and Diabolic Intent. Necropotence, Bolas's Citadel, and Skullclamp provide the card volume to keep the engine fed. Overall this is a grindy attrition deck with a fragile but real combo alternate.
