Deck overview

This deck is a competitive Azorius combo-control build centered on the classic Isochron Scepter and Dramatic Reversal engine, backed by Zethi, Arcane Blademaster as a value and lock recursion commander. The primary plan uses high-density fast mana and premier artifact/instant tutors to assemble the infinite untap loop by Turn 4. Once infinite mana is generated, the deck draws its entire library through Sensei's Divining Top or The One Ring and wins that same turn with Aetherflux Reservoir or deck-out spells. A robust control shell featuring zero-mana counterspells, targeted removal, and proactive silence effects shields the win attempt from interaction. When the primary combo is challenged, stax elements like Winter Orb, Static Orb, and The Tabernacle at Pendrell Vale buy time, while Zethi repeatedly casts exiled control instants each combat to establish an inescapable soft lock.
