Commander: Doctor Doom, King of Latveria

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Doctor Doom, King of Latveria drives a Grixis Villain tribal deck built around connive, discard, and combat. The primary plan is to amass Villain tokens and legendaries, trigger the commander's connive to filter draws while draining opponents on land discards, and finish with The Squadron Sinister plus Living Laser. Secondary paths include Glorious Purpose's free-cast payoff, Loki/Chameleon copy effects, and recurring Mayhem Villains. Doctor Doom is an engine rather than a finisher: he provides repeatable card selection and chip damage. There is no double-faced or hidden commander; the list is built around maximizing Villain enters, attacks, and discard triggers.
