Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive cheat-style Commander build centered on Kaalia of the Vast. The core game plan is straightforward: deploy mana rocks on turns one through three, cast Kaalia, protect her with haste equipment like Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots, and attack on turn four. Her combat trigger cheats high-impact Angels, Demons, and Dragons directly onto the battlefield tapped and attacking, bypassing high mana costs entirely. The deck features devastating payoffs such as Master of Cruelties to eliminate a player in a single combat, Scourge of the Throne to take extra combat steps, and Archfiend of Depravity to suppress opposing creature boards. Secondary hate pieces like Price of Glory and Drana and Linvala punish opponents who attempt to interact during your combat steps. While the deck applies massive flying pressure starting on turn four, it relies heavily on Kaalia surviving to maintain tempo and finishes the table sequentially around turn seven.
