Deck overview

Thorin, King of Durin's Folk leads a Boros Dwarf-tribal deck built around a simple feedback loop: every Dwarf that enters creates a Treasure, and every artifact token makes the rest of the Dwarf army bigger. The deck floods the board with Dwarf tokens via An Unexpected Party // At the Door, Reckless Crew, Dwarven Reinforcements, and Fili the Pathfinder, then turns those bodies sideways with Equipment such as Orcrist, Goblin-cleaver, Bruenor Battlehammer, and Dain Ironfoot. Treasures double as mana and as fuel for Magda, Brazen Outlaw's tutor and for Aggravated Assault, the deck's primary same-turn finisher. Storied payoffs such as Bifur, Melodic Rider, Balin, Loremaster, Thorin Oakenshield, and Dain, Lord of the Iron Hills reward the deck's natural density of artifacts, legendaries, and Sagas. The result is a midrange token/Equipment deck that can either out-grind a table with Dwarf-value triggers or chain infinite combats out of nowhere.
