Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Superfriends Polymorph strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan uses dense 2-CMC artifact acceleration to deploy Jace on Turn 4, immediately sacrificing low-cost creature tokens to cheat massive creatures and planeswalkers onto the battlefield. Threats like Archon of Cruelty, Archfiend of Despair, and Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God apply heavy combat and attrition pressure, while proliferate cards such as Ichormoon Gauntlet, Flux Channeler, and Tekuthal, Inquiry Dominus accelerate loyalty abilities toward game-winning ultimates. The deck controls the game with efficient spot removal, countermagic, and combat taxes from Jace and Onakke Oathkeeper that penalize opponents for attacking planeswalkers. While it lacks fast combo finishes, its compounding card advantage, resilient phasing protection, and high-impact payoffs establish overwhelming board states by Turn 5 and close out games through airborne combat and doubled life-loss triggers by Turn 8.
