Deck overview

This deck leverages Gandalf, Shadow's Foe as a high-impact commander that turns land plays into steady card advantage and growing board presence. The deck uses early artifact ramp, land searchers, and fetchlands to reach seven mana quickly. When Gandalf enters, he exiles and returns three lands tapped, immediately drawing three cards and growing in power. The deck multiplies these triggers using blink effects like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and trigger doublers such as Panharmonicon and Virtue of Knowledge. To win the game, the deck transitions into an infinite combo with Deadeye Navigator and Peregrine Drake. This pairing generates infinite mana by repeatedly untapping lands, then soulbonds with Gandalf to draw the entire library. The deck finishes the table immediately using Laboratory Maniac or milling opponents out with Psychic Corrosion and Altar of the Brood.
