Call an ambulance! But not for me. by Rolliee

Format: Commander

Commander: Aragorn, King of Gondor

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Aragorn, King of Gondor spearheads a Jeskai combat-control and Aikido strategy designed to dictate the flow of the game while stockpiling resources. By entering as the monarch and making your team unblockable whenever you attack while holding the crown, Aragorn provides both card advantage and inescapable combat damage. The deck slows incoming aggression with pillowfort pieces like Ghostly Prison, forces opponents to batter each other with goad effects like Disrupt Decorum and Taunt from the Rampart, and punishes large attacks using reactive redirection spells such as Comeuppance and Deflecting Palm. You ultimately secure victory through unblockable combat alpha strikes, damage amplification from Gisela, Blade of Goldnight, or game-ending spells like Insurrection.
