Not So Private Jets: Live Play by user3237436

Format: Commander

Commander: Isperia the Inscrutable

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Azorius flying beatdown with Isperia the Inscrutable as a combat-speed tutor engine. There is no double-faced commander; Medomai the Ageless is the closest thing to a hidden commander in the 99. The primary plan is to fill the sky with low- and mid-cost flyers, pump them with Favorable Winds, Empyrean Eagle, Air Nomad Legacy, and Kangee, and multiply damage and Isperia triggers with double strike from Duelist's Heritage, Fireshrieker, and True Conviction. Telepathy, Wandering Eye, and Glasses of Urza turn Isperia's damage trigger into a reliable repeatable tutor. The deck wins by incremental evasive combat, using tax effects, counterspells, and Kira/Sephara to keep the board alive long enough to finish.
