Deck overview

This is a Jeskai spellslinger deck helmed by Gandalf, Party Guest, built to flood the board with legendary Wizards and free-cast instants and sorceries at combat. The primary plan is to chain spells through a dense package of cost reducers (Baral, Chief of Compliance, Mizzix of the Izmagnus, Archmage of Runes, Ral, Monsoon Mage) and draw engines (Whirlwind of Thought, Archmage Emeritus, Niv-Mizzet, Parun) into a storm or copy-burn kill. Win conditions include Grapeshot with Thousand-Year Storm or Prismari, the Inspiration, copy loops via Reiterate/Reverberate/Twincast feeding Crackle with Power or Jaya's Immolating Inferno, and the Niv-Mizzet, Parun draw-ping engine doubled by Harmonic Prodigy and Veyran, Voice of Duality. The deck is fast, redundant in its spell-chaining, but thin on actual tutors.
