Deck overview

This mono-black combo deck uses K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth to turn life into mana velocity, bypassing colored mana restrictions to power out explosive game-winning turns. The primary plan focuses on casting K'rrik by turn 4, using black mana rituals and life payments to deploy game-ending draw engines like Peer into the Abyss or Bolas's Citadel. Once drawn, the deck executes a loop using Chainer, Dementia Master, Gray Merchant of Asphodel, and a sacrifice outlet such as Dimir House Guard. Each loop iteration drains opponents while gaining surplus life, eliminating the whole table on the same turn. High tutor density and redundant reanimation spells ensure strong consistency. While the deck trades broad reactive interaction for proactive speed, targeted tools like Imp's Mischief and Kaya's Ghostform safeguard K'rrik during the combo turn.
