Deck overview

Urza, Lord High Artificer leads a mono-blue artifact control deck that ramps with cheap rocks, taps artifacts for blue mana, and grinds value through Mystic Forge, Sai, and Emry. Primary plan is infinite colorless mana with Basalt Monolith + Rings of Brighthearth, then dump mana into Urza's 5 ability to play the deck and win with Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, or Aetherflux Reservoir. Secondary paths are combat with Kappa Cannoneer, Cyberdrive Awakener animating artifacts, and Construct tokens, plus a four-card Deadeye Navigator/Peregrine Drake/Panharmonicon/Urza loop. Liberator gives flash and grows, while heavy counterspells protect the board.
