Deck overview

This Abzan Enchantress Stax deck uses Myrkul, Lord of Bones to build an unyielding board of stax pieces and value engines. In the early turns, it ramps with low-cost mana dorks and land enchantments, then deploys enchantresses like Sythis, Harvest's Hand to generate overwhelming card advantage. Stax pieces such as Rule of Law, Stony Silence, and Drana and Linvala severely restrict opponents' actions, artifact mana, and creature abilities while leaving this deck's game plan unaffected. When creatures die, Myrkul returns them as noncreature enchantments, rendering hatebears immune to creature removal and board wipes. The deck closes games around Turn 6–7 by tutoring Moonshaker Cavalry or amassing flying Spirit armies with Hallowed Haunting and Starfield of Nyx. Robust recursion via Replenish and protection through Greater Auramancy make the strategy remarkably resilient.
