Deck overview

This mono-blue deck helmed by Kami of the Crescent Moon executes a group hug and draw-punishment strategy. It accelerates table-wide card draw using symmetrical enablers like Howling Mine, Font of Mythos, and Dictate of Kruphix. As opponents fill their hands, the deck establishes defensive pillowfort pieces like Propaganda, Crawlspace, and Dissipation Field to discourage attacks, backed by instant-speed board resets including Evacuation and Engulf the Shore. The deck converts large hand sizes into win conditions through draw-punishers like Psychosis Crawler, Iron Maiden, Ebony Owl Netsuke, Forced Fruition, and Psychic Corrosion, or builds a massive token army with Ominous Seas and Alandra, Sky Dreamer. Because the deck provides opponents with substantial resources, disciplined counterplay and well-timed mass bounce are required to survive until opponents succumb to attrition or decking.
