Deck overview

This is a focused Golgari Elfball token-swarm deck commanded by Lathril, Blade of the Elves. The primary game plan revolves around deploying cheap mana dorks to accelerate into Lathril, then using her combat damage to generate an ever-growing army of 1/1 Elf Warrior tokens. The deck wins through overwhelming combat - often via Craterhoof Behemoth, Ezuri, Renegade Leader's overrun, or Finale of Devastation - or by activating Lathril's tap ability with ten untapped Elves to drain each opponent for 10 life. Token doublers like Parallel Lives dramatically accelerate the clock, while a dense suite of lords and anthems turns every elf into a credible threat. The list also contains a hidden combo line involving Staff of Domination, a large mana producer like Priest of Titania, and an untap effect (e.g., Wirewood Lodge) to generate infinite mana, draw the deck, and then win with Lathril's ability.
