Deck overview

This deck is a Gruul midrange big-mana strategy built around Roxanne, Starfall Savant. Roxanne serves as both the central ramp engine and a repeatable removal source by generating Meteorite tokens whenever she enters or attacks. These tokens deal 2 damage to any target upon arrival and tap for two mana of any color under Roxanne's static ability. The deck leverages this explosive mana velocity to cast heavy artifact payoffs, substantial card-draw artifacts, and potent creature duplicators such as Mirage Phalanx, Rionya, Fire Dancer, and Flamerush Rider. Win conditions center on scaling combat damage from Hellkite Igniter, mass artifact burn from Fathom Fleet Swordjack, and token sacrifices via Food Fight. While the deck possesses robust mana ramp and engine recovery through the command zone, its lack of instant-speed protection and reliance on untapping with large creatures leave it vulnerable to efficient removal.
