This deck is a classic Izzet Draw-Go Spellslinger Combo-Control deck commanded by Niv-Mizzet, Parun. Its primary objective is to control the early and mid game through dense, efficient reactive spells, then resolve its uncounterable commander and assemble an infinite ping-draw combo using Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout.
