This deck is an Izzet spellslinger and Otter tribal deck commanded by Alania, Divergent Storm. It focuses on chaining low-cost instants and sorceries to trigger powerful Magecraft abilities, burn effects, and spell duplication. During the early turns, the deck sculpts its hand with efficient cantrips like Ponder and Brainstorm while deploying foundational ramp and cost reducers like Stormcatch Mentor.
