This deck is a high-power Grixis reanimator and wheel combo strategy commanded by Kefka, Court Mage // Kefka, Ruler of Ruin. It leverages cheap looting, mana rocks, and targeted graveyard tutors to cheat massive threats into play ahead of curve. The primary win condition revolves around fast reanimation combos, specifically looping Worldgorger Dragon with Animate Dead or Necromancy to generate infinite mana and trigger table-lethal damage via Terror of the Peaks, Niv-Mizzet, Parun, or Psychosis Crawler. Alternatively, the deck can assemble an instant-speed infinite attack with Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame, or attach Curiosity to Niv-Mizzet, Parun to burn through the table. When executing a control line, symmetrical wheel effects such as Windfall pair with Notion Thief, Narset, Parter of Veils, Waste Not, and Tergrid, God of Fright to completely strip opposing hands and lock out resources. It recovers quickly from disruption due to dense reanimation redundancy.
