Oath of Sisay by Punkin

Format: Commander

Commander: Sisay, Weatherlight Captain

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a five-color cEDH legendary toolbox built around Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. Sisay is a repeatable battlefield tutor: once she has enough power from other legendaries' colors and access to {W}{U}{B}{R}{G}, she chains legendary permanents directly into play and assembles compact win lines in a single turn. The deck layers dense fast mana, value engines (Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Smothering Tithe), and a deep free-interaction suite to protect the combo turn. Primary wins are infinite-mana and activated-ability loops through pieces such as Emiel the Blessed, Kinnan, Bonder Prodigy, Marvin, Murderous Mimic, Ioreth of the Healing House, and Selvala, Heart of the Wilds, with planeswalker finishers (Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God) and stax locks (Teferi, Time Raveler, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade) as backups. The list plays as proactive midrange combo: develop mana, land Sisay, tutor under protection, and close.
