Keranos V2 by user4811574

Format: Commander

Commander: Keranos, God of Storms

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Keranos, God of Storms commands an Izzet burn and control strategy that grinds opponents down before ending the game with explosive damage multipliers and spell cascades. Keranos sits on the battlefield as an indestructible source of extra card draw and targeted lightning bolts. The deck aims to control early aggression through efficient sweepers and counterspells, establishing spell-damage payoffs like Guttersnipe, Fiery Inscription, and Niv-Mizzet, Parun. The primary win condition loops noncombat damage with Niv-Mizzet, Visionary to draw through the library while burning opponents out. Secondary win lines leverage damage amplifiers such as Fiery Emancipation and Twinflame Tyrant or massive mana from Neheb, the Eternal.
