Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet Spellslinger Storm strategy commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi serves as both a primary win condition and an explosive mana generator. Every noncreature spell cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent, while Vivi's tap-free {0} ability converts its accumulated power into an equivalent burst of blue and red mana once each turn. The primary game plan revolves around attaching damage-trigger draw engines such as Curiosity or Ophidian Eye to Vivi. Because Vivi damages all three opponents on every noncreature spell cast, each cantrip draws three fresh cards, fueling a virtually uninterrupted chain of spells.
