Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Orzhov combo-control build centered on aggressive life manipulation, suicide-black card draw, and instant life-drain finishes. Commanded by Mister Negative, the deck leverages extreme life payments to draw massive amounts of cards or swap diminished life totals into lethal opposing deficits. The primary game plan accelerates into heavy card engines such as Bolas's Citadel, Necropotence, and K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth on Turn 4, before detonating on Turn 5 under the safety of turn-silencing creatures like Grand Abolisher and Ranger-Captain of Eos. The win is achieved in a single turn without passing priority, using Aetherflux Reservoir lasers or combining Vizkopa Guildmage with life-reset effects like Children of Korlis and Tainted Sigil. Backed by robust protection spells like Angel's Grace and flexible removal, the list navigates hazardous life thresholds with high resilience.
