Deck overview

This mono-blue artifact deck uses ramp, cost reduction, and artifact tutors to establish decisive mana advantage and win by stealing all opposing permanents with Memnarch. The early game focuses on deploying mana rocks like Sol Ring, Arcane Signet, and creature ramp such as Renowned Weaponsmith and Vedalken Engineer. The midgame employs specialized tutors including Trinket Mage, Tribute Mage, and Trophy Mage to assemble key engines like Basalt Monolith and Forensic Gadgeteer. This pairing produces infinite colorless mana by reducing Basalt Monolith's untap activation cost. Once infinite mana is active, casting Memnarch allows you to turn opposing lands and mana sources into artifacts and gain control of them, chaining stolen blue mana to seize every permanent on the battlefield in a single turn. Backup strategies leverage Sai, Master Thopterist and Tezzeret, Betrayer of Flesh to create an evasive artifact swarm when direct combo lines are contested.
