Deck overview

This deck is a dedicated tribal aggro strategy piloted by Urtet, Remnant of Memnarch. It leverages a dense density of low-mana Myr creatures and mana dorks to accelerate deployment, generate free Myr tokens with every Myr cast, and fix colors for Urtet's activated ability. The primary objective is to flood the board in the opening three turns, deploy Urtet, and use its precombat {W}{U}{B}{R}{G} activation to repeatedly distribute three +1/+1 counters across all Myr while untapping them for combat. The deck backs up this swarm plan with asymmetric board clears like Organic Extinction and Desynchronization that preserve historic and artifact permanents, alongside static anthem support from Tempered Steel and Forsaken Monument. While resilient in replaying low-cost creatures and leveraging recursion spells like Wake the Past, the strategy is inherently reliant on maintaining a visible, highly vulnerable creature board across multiple turn cycles, making it susceptible to heavy artifact and creature sweepers.
