Deck overview

This mono-white deck leverages Skrelv, Defector Mite as an efficient Turn 1 commander that grants protection and unblockable evasion to push early toxic and infect damage. After establishing initial poison counters on opponents by Turn 2 or 3, the deck activates corrupted bonuses and shifts into an escalating proliferate engine using cards like Metastatic Evangel, Contagion Clasp, Filigree Vector, and Contagion Engine. Card advantage engines such as Welcoming Vampire, Enduring Innocence, and Trouble in Pairs keep hand sizes healthy, while targeted exile spells keep opposing threats in check. The deck closes games around Turn 7 by either multiplying poison counters through non-combat proliferate abilities or delivering lethal combat strikes with double strike threats powered by Akroma's Will or Delney, Streetwise Lookout.
