Squirrels Everywhere by user9663696

Format: Commander

Commander: Chatterfang, Squirrel General

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is an aggressive Golgari token-swarm deck built around Chatterfang, Squirrel General, who doubles every token you make into bonus Squirrels and then converts that swarm into removal and lethal reach. The primary plan is volumetric: Chitterspitter, Deep Forest Hermit, and The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl flood the board, while Peregrin Took and Academy Manufactor inflate every Clue/Food/Treasure into multiple tokens. The kill is delivered through the drain payoffs - Mirkwood Bats, Zulaport Cutthroat, Bastion of Remembrance, Nadier's Nightblade, and Poison-Tip Archer - which turn sacrifice fodder and dying tokens into table-wide life loss. A compact combo channel lives in the 99: Hazel of the Rootbloom converts Squirrels into mana and copy-tokens, enabling exponential Squirrel Girl activations; Second Harvest and For the Common Good can close out a game in one burst. It is a midrange engine deck that wins through mass token creation and sacrifice, not through fast combo.
