Deck overview

This deck is a 5-color Legendary Toolbox strategy piloted by Sisay, Weatherlight Captain. The primary game plan focuses on deploying efficient 1–2 CMC ramp and multi-color dorks such as Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder during the opening turns to cast Sisay and assemble all five colors by Turn 4. On Turn 5, Sisay activates to search the library for high-impact legendary permanents directly onto the battlefield. The deck can pivot between explosive combat overruns using Jodah, the Unifier and Aragorn, King of Gondor or assemble an infinite combat loop using Najeela, the Blade-Blossom and Jegantha, the Wellspring. Direct-to-battlefield tutoring gives the deck exceptional consistency and on-demand access to protection pieces like Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar, Shalai, Voice of Plenty, and Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir. While vulnerable to early creature removal and mana disruption, the deck recovers quickly through redundant standalone legendary threats.
