Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 5

Deck overview

This is a fast UR combo/control deck built to win through graveyard and artifact loops. The primary plan is Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond + Wheel of Fortune, turning a full hand into an endless storm count and finishing with Brain Freeze. A secondary Hullbreaker Horror artifact loop generates infinite mana and cast triggers, while Niv-Mizzet, Visionary plus curiosity effects supplies draw-burn reach. Vivi Ornitier is a flexible commander: her 0-activation turns her power into red/blue mana, and every noncreature spell she sees pings opponents, making her a natural payoff during the Breach/Hullbreaker loops. No hidden commander exists; the deck is built around Vivi's front face as an engine/outlet.
