Deck overview

This is an Azorius "lands-matter spellslinger" control deck built around Noyan Dar, Roil Shaper. The core plan is to cast a high volume of cheap instants and sorceries, turning lands into hasty Elemental attackers, then use proliferate and untap effects to make that land army huge. The deck layers on a heavy tax/prison package-Grand Arbiter Augustin IV, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, Winter Orb, Static Orb, Ghostly Prison, and Propaganda-to keep opponents from disrupting the plan. It can also close games out of nowhere with Complete the Circuit chains powered by Turnabout and Frantic Search, or with a hard Mycosynth Lattice + Consulate Crackdown lock. The interaction suite is almost entirely countermagic and instant-speed answers, making the deck highly reactive despite its unusual win condition.
