Master of Puppets by DesNoel

Format: Commander

Commander: Nekusar, the Mindrazer

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Nekusar, the Mindrazer leads a Grixis wheels-and-draw-hate deck that turns every opponent's extra draw into damage. The primary plan is to land Nekusar, back him with draw doublers and punishment enchantments, then cast wheel effects to burn the table out. Secondary paths use goad and theft effects to redirect opposing creatures, plus monarch cards to force card draw and chip damage. The commander is the central engine; without him the deck still has draw punishers and goad control, but the win clock slows dramatically. The deck is built to use Nekusar's front face, with no meaningful back face.
