Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Rakdos aggro-burn strategy piloted by Ingris Stingerquill. It exploits a unique rules interaction: when a creature with infect attacks, Ingris's triggered ability causes that creature to deal 1 noncombat damage to each opponent, placing poison counters on all three players simultaneously upon declaring attackers. By deploying fast mana, low-cost infect creatures like Plague Stinger and Vector Asp, and damage multipliers like Tomik, Izzet Sparkmage, the deck bypasses traditional combat blockers entirely. Supported by premier black tutors, efficient interaction, and free spells like Deflecting Swat and Deadly Rollick, the deck reliably initiates critical multi-opponent poison pressure on Turn 4 and closes the game on Turn 5. It recovers effectively through low-cost reanimation spells, though it remains vulnerable to well-timed precombat creature removal and mass sweepers.
