Deck overview

This mono-white deck focuses on an aggressive Angel tribal strategy commanded by Giada, Font of Hope. Giada functions as a Turn 2 ramp piece and a scaling anthem, granting each subsequent Angel an increasing number of +1/+1 counters upon entering the battlefield. The strategy combines high-toughness evasive flyers with potent lifegain synergies through cards like Righteous Valkyrie, Bishop of Wings, and Archangel of Thune. By inflating the life total well above the starting amount, the deck triggers massive team-wide power buffs and token engines, converting early lifegain into decisive combat damage. While it lacks stack-based counterspells and relies primarily on natural draws for card flow, it compensates with efficient single-target exile removal, asymmetric sweepers like Mass Calcify, and combat taxes such as Ghostly Prison to protect its board and close out games through the air.
