Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Boros Equipment strategy commanded by Nahiri, Forged in Fury. The game plan revolves around rapidly deploying low-cost Equipment, Living Weapons, and 'For Mirrodin!' permanents to accelerate mana and reduce Nahiri's casting cost via Affinity. Once deployed, Nahiri converts every equipped attack into impulse card advantage, casting newly revealed Equipment spells for free. The deck leverages high-impact tutors to assemble cost-reduction engines like Puresteel Paladin and Forge Anew, alongside offensive powerhouses such as Kaldra Compleat, Nettlecyst, and Embercleave. It closes games by delivering overwhelming combat damage through double strike, extra combat steps from Hexplate Wallbreaker and Karlach, Fury of Avernus, and damage doubling effects. While vulnerable to artifact sweepers, the deck maintains resilience through built-in indestructible Equipment, recursive enablers, and potent protection spells like Flawless Maneuver and Teferi's Protection.
