Deck overview

This deck is a Boros Spellslinger strategy centered on Feather, the Redeemed. It operates by casting low-cost instant and sorcery spells that target its own creatures, recurring them each end step to generate continuous card draw, mana, and protection. Feather serves as the central resource engine, turning modest cantrips like Defiant Strike and Expedite into recurring card advantage while using modular defensive spells to insulate the board. Mana acceleration is bolstered mid-game by magecraft and treasure generators such as Storm-Kiln Artist and Goldspan Dragon. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6 by stacking power buffs, deploying token producers like Monastery Mentor, or leveraging asymmetric board-wide damage through Chandra's Ignition. While heavily reliant on its commander, redundant protection spells and explosive spellcopy engines make it resilient against spot removal.
