Toph, the First Metalbender commands a synergistic Naya combat deck centered on animating lands into resilient, counter-laden attackers. By converting artifacts into lands and earthbending at each end step, Toph creates a compounding board of hasty land creatures that return to the battlefield tapped if destroyed or exiled. The deck accelerates through early ramp like Orcish Lumberjack and Chromatic Lantern to deploy Toph by Turn 4, then rapidly scales threat output via counter doublers like Branching Evolution and combat multipliers like Bumi, Unleashed and Toph, Greatest Earthbender. Defensive layers such as Mirri, Weatherlight Duelist and Windborn Muse deter retaliation while Kutzil, Malamet Exemplar and Boros Charm protect critical execution windows.
